About the Role
You will design and implement growth strategies and product enhancements for the global peer-to-peer business outside Hong Kong. You will analyze markets and user needs, improve product usability and user experience, build risk-control and quality-management systems, and provide data-driven guidance for product and business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 7+ years of experience in internet finance, blockchain, or digital currency-related industries preferred
- Operations management experience

Responsibilities
- Design and develop strategies and product enhancements for the global P2P business outside Hong Kong
- Integrate business scenarios with data analysis to establish growth strategies
- Address user needs and pain points across global markets
- Build user risk-control and quality-management systems
- Identify high-risk user profiles and improve risk-control models
- Establish a business-funnel data-analysis framework
- Produce analytical reports and actionable strategies
- Guide product upgrades and business direction
