About the Role
Manage day-to-day market operations across Germany by resolving on-the-ground issues, onboarding and managing local Operators, approving locations and events, delivering training, improving operational efficiency, documenting processes, and supporting regional growth through frequent travel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business development in Germany
- Proven experience living and working in Germany
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Cross-cultural competency and experience working across different countries
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict mediation
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Willingness and ability to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Source Operators
- Ensure compliance of newly onboarded Operators
- Manage Operators
- Review and approve locations and events
- Source spaces for brand activations
- Distribute training materials and run face-to-face training sessions
- Identify and address knowledge gaps
- Improve operational efficiency with Operators and external partners
- Manage location processes with Operators
- Communicate with Operators in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and share relevant documentation with Operators
- Travel frequently to drive regional growth
