Tools for Humanity is a technology company founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco and Munich. About the Role
You will manage day-to-day market operations across Germany, working closely with Market Operations and Logistics to spot and resolve on-the-ground issues. You will source, onboard, train, and manage local Operators; review and approve locations and events; distribute and run training; identify knowledge gaps and implement solutions; and prepare clear operational documentation. You will communicate professionally with Operators and partners, drive improvements in operational efficiency, and travel frequently (50–75%) to support growth in your region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in operations and business development in Germany
- Proven experience living and working in Germany
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Cross-cultural competency and experience working across different countries
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict mediation
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Willingness and ability to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving environment

- Ensure compliance of newly onboarded Operators
- Manage Operators
