About the Role

You will serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy. You will define, monitor, and report on KPIs across the user journey, conduct cohort, A/B test, attribution, and lifetime value analyses, and design and analyze controlled experiments for product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Background in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis
  • Advanced experience with a modern data visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience with statistical tools or languages for data analysis; Python or R is a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of statistical significance and proper execution and analysis of A/B/n testing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, and CPA, and how marketing investment impacts the P&L

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators across the entire user journey, including acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue.
  • Conduct complex analyses including cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, and lifetime value forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments, providing statistically significant recommendations to product and marketing teams.
