Users can hold digital dollars and euros, receive and send international payments via dedicated US and European account details, invest in US stocks and ETFs, and spend globally with a card at market conversion rates. The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You will be the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that directly influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy. You'll define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators across the entire user journey, covering acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue. You'll conduct complex, rigorous analyses such as cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, and lifetime value forecasting to identify growth opportunities and understand why user behavior changes. You'll also design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments, providing clear, statistically significant recommendations to product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
- Background in McKinsey, BCG or Bain is preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis
- Advanced experience with a modern data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Proven ability to work with statistical tools or languages for data analysis (e.g., Python/R is a strong plus)
- Deep understanding of statistical significance and the proper execution/analysis of A/B/n testing
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how marketing investment impacts the P&L
