About the Role
You will manage the day-to-day creation and delivery of visual assets across email, social (static and motion), web, paid ads, app store visuals, and events. You will collaborate with Brand & Content to align messaging and visuals, produce multiple variants for campaign testing, contribute visuals in Webflow, and improve workflows and AI integrations to scale output.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a graphic designer
- Experience creating visuals for advertising and social media networks
- Ability to work from creative brand concepts across visual and motion assets
- Team player with experience working toward shared goals
- Interest in crypto and modern technologies
- Fluent English
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe InDesign
- CapCut (bonus)
- Captions (bonus)
- Webflow (basic to intermediate)
- Relume.ai (nice-to-have)
- Email design tools and templates (e.g., Stripo.email)
- DTP principles and print export rules
- HTML5 banner ads production and/or Lottie (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day creation and delivery of all key visual assets
- Design assets for email, social (static and motion), web, paid ads, app store visuals, and event materials
- Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to align messaging and visuals
- Create multiple visual variants for A/B testing of campaigns
- Contribute to website visuals and asset updates in Webflow
- Proactively improve workflows, tools, and AI integrations to scale output
