About the Role

You will manage the day-to-day creation and delivery of visual assets across email, social (static and motion), web, paid ads, app store visuals, and events. You will collaborate with Brand & Content to align messaging and visuals, produce multiple variants for campaign testing, contribute visuals in Webflow, and improve workflows and AI integrations to scale output.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a graphic designer
  • Experience creating visuals for advertising and social media networks
  • Ability to work from creative brand concepts across visual and motion assets
  • Team player with experience working toward shared goals
  • Interest in crypto and modern technologies
  • Fluent English
  • Figma
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe InDesign
  • CapCut (bonus)
  • Captions (bonus)
  • Webflow (basic to intermediate)
  • Relume.ai (nice-to-have)
  • Email design tools and templates (e.g., Stripo.email)
  • DTP principles and print export rules
  • HTML5 banner ads production and/or Lottie (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day creation and delivery of all key visual assets
  • Design assets for email, social (static and motion), web, paid ads, app store visuals, and event materials
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to align messaging and visuals
  • Create multiple visual variants for A/B testing of campaigns
  • Contribute to website visuals and asset updates in Webflow
  • Proactively improve workflows, tools, and AI integrations to scale output
