Requirements
- 4-6 years of performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative experience
- Graphic design expertise
- Portfolio of paid social work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of paid social hooks, formats, platform conventions, and iteration
- Ability to apply a visual identity to new formats
