About the Role
Complete an intensive three-month training program in Amsterdam covering financial products, market dynamics, pricing strategies, and trading systems. Afterward, join a New York trading desk to monitor markets, identify opportunities, and progressively contribute to desk performance.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a STEM-related field
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Excellent mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Logical reasoning and ability to deliver under pressure
- Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset
- Eagerness to innovate and find creative solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required
