About the Role
You will rotate across product-test and manufacturing areas, supporting silicon package assembly, PCBA production, component selection and bill-of-materials management. You will analyse manufacturing and product-performance data, investigate issues, shape tests and communicate evidence that supports engineering decisions. You will work with global manufacturing partners, including production activity in Taiwan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related technical field
- Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, PCBA production or server hardware
- Ability to use data to investigate problems, explain findings and support decisions
- Exposure to Python, Linux, Bash, Git or similar engineering tools
- Clear communication
- Ability to take ownership of work
