About the Role
You will support silicon packaging and printed circuit board assembly production. You will analyse performance data, use test design to investigate hardware and software issues, improve quality, cost and delivery, and contribute to quality planning, audits, process control, component selection and bill of materials management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field
- Knowledge of semiconductor design and manufacturing principles
- Understanding of design and manufacturing principles for printed circuit board assemblies and servers
- Experience with Python, Linux, Bash and Git
- Data analysis skills and ability to explain findings using evidence
