About the Role

Design and implement DeFi trading strategies while contributing to the microservices and backend infrastructure supporting on-chain trading. Work across multiple codebases and languages while investigating protocol microstructure and new areas of the ecosystem.

Requirements

Programming proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go
Comfort working on Linux environments and Git version control
Programmatic statistical analysis and quantitative or analytic skills
Understanding of high-frequency market-making strategies
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics
Familiarity with smart contract development and Foundry
Passion for learning about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
