About the Role
You will manage the daily compliance program and customer security engagements. You will lead the FedRAMP authorization path, align sponsorship and control work with public-sector deals, establish authorization boundaries and compliance documentation, automate continuous monitoring evidence, and run StateRAMP and TX-RAMP efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GRC experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Direct responsibility for FedRAMP compliance programs
- Experience contributing to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance certifications
- Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, and AI governance frameworks
- Project management skills for cross-functional work under tight deadlines
- Written and verbal communication skills for security concepts
- Knowledge of technical security controls and collaboration with engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Own the route to FedRAMP compliance
- Partner with Public Sector sales to align authorization planning with active agency opportunities
- Define authorization boundaries, manage 3PAO selection, and establish SSP and control narratives
- Manage NIST 800-53 baselines, POA&Ms, and continuous monitoring
- Automate machine-readable continuous-monitoring evidence
- Run StateRAMP and TX-RAMP alongside the federal compliance track
