About the Role

You will support the development and execution of global sponsorship and partnership marketing activities to promote brand awareness and business growth. You'll assist in managing the delivery of partnership campaigns and marketing initiatives across international markets, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. You'll help deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, event, and other channels, and adapt global campaigns for regional and local execution. You will monitor and report on campaign performance, offering basic insights for improvement, and support the preparation of marketing materials and co-branded content alongside internal teams. You'll also assist in market research and campaign analysis to identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong ability to support the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives across multiple channels
  • Good understanding of stakeholder coordination and ability to work effectively with internal and external parties
  • Ability to assist in campaign performance tracking and basic data analysis to support reporting and decision-making
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in international or cross-functional teams will be considered an advantage
