About the Role

You will help build and scale a global compliance program focused on ethics and integrity, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade compliance, and regulatory compliance. You will develop policies, manage disclosures, support investigations, coordinate training, monitor regulatory developments, maintain compliance records, and prepare metrics and reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, legal operations, investigations, risk management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting compliance programs in a global organization
  • Familiarity with anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, conflicts of interest, and corporate compliance principles
  • Experience developing policies, procedures, training, or compliance processes
  • Strong project management and operational execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience conducting internal investigations
  • Experience managing third-party due diligence programs
  • Familiarity with FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OFAC sanctions, and export control regulations
  • Experience with compliance management, screening, or case management tools
  • Compliance-related certifications such as CCEP, ICA, or CRCM

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the global compliance program
  • Support compliance risk assessments and program reviews
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidance materials
  • Track regulatory developments and support compliance implementation
  • Manage conflict of interest disclosure and review processes
  • Support the Code of Conduct
  • Support sanctions and export control compliance processes
  • Conduct and coordinate third-party due diligence
  • Manage compliance intake and reporting processes
  • Conduct or support internal investigations
  • Coordinate compliance training and employee certifications
  • Develop compliance metrics and dashboards
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Support audits and program effectiveness reviews
