About the Role
You will own strategic positioning and bring it to life across priority markets. You will define and operationalize a global narrative, build and execute a proactive global media strategy, and activate earned and owned channels including analysts, organic social, and events. You will lead messaging for executive communications and key announcements, train and scale internal experts and thought leaders, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and executives to convert visibility into measurable pipeline outcomes. You will set clear objectives, use data to guide decisions, and operate with urgency and sound judgment in high-stakes situations.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategic communications, including meaningful time in high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, AI-native, or adjacent regulated industries
- Proven ownership of executive communications and tier-1 media relationships
- Experience designing and operationalizing global communications programs with enablement for regional execution
- Strong storytelling skills that synthesize product vision, roadmap, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer proof into differentiated narratives
- Analytical and outcome-focused with experience establishing measurable metrics for success
- AI-fluent with experience or a forward-thinking approach to generative AI and LLMs
- Comfortable operating with urgency and sound judgment in high-stakes sectors, including national security and law enforcement scenarios
