About the Role

You will own the P&L and roadmap for Auth, personally lead Tier-1 enterprise sales and negotiations, serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, engage with regulators and industry bodies to shape policy, translate regulatory requirements into product advantages, analyze competitors, and align engineering, legal, and product to deliver secure enterprise-grade APIs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of fintech and traditional banking
  • Strong grasp of stablecoins and blockchain settlement
  • Track record of closing 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals as lead negotiator or executive sponsor
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the ability to influence policy
  • Ability to command a room and present to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and sales
  • Ability to participate in deep technical reviews

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L and define the product roadmap for Auth
  • Direct the go-to-market strategy and lead high-stakes negotiations
  • Serve as executive sponsor for Tier-1 accounts and build C-suite relationships
  • Manage revenue targets, pricing strategy, and resource allocation
  • Define and advocate zerohash’s stance on Open Banking and Digital Asset regulations
  • Engage with regulators, industry bodies, and policy-makers
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to maintain product advantage
  • Translate regulatory requirements into product and compliance features
  • Align Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs
