About the Role
You will lead the expansion and ongoing management of Worldcoin in Brazil. You will build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, media, and local stakeholders. You will develop and execute regional strategy, manage the country P&L, and implement cost controls. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt approaches, lead cross-functional projects with Product and Economics, and oversee local Orb Operators. You will travel frequently (50–75%) and ensure high operational quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business management experience
- Proven success in operations business development or sales leadership roles in Brazil
- Based in Brazil with required work permit
- Willingness and ability to travel 50 to 75 percent of the time
- Experience managing P&L budgeting and financial forecasting
- Strong cross-cultural competency and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing partner and operator relationships
- Data-driven decision making and market analysis capability
- Scrappy and adaptable in fast-moving environments
