About the Role
You will join a five-day learning program covering market making, trading theory, trading strategies, and virtual-market deployment. You will observe a trading floor and trading systems, connect with graduates, and receive mentorship from trainers and senior traders.
Requirements
- Be a pre-penultimate student graduating in 2029
- Study at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, or IIT Kharagpur
- Pursue a relevant engineering, computer science, mathematics, or similar discipline
- Have a minimum CGPA of 9.0
- Demonstrate quantitative and logical reasoning skills
Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of trading theory
- Build trading strategies and deploy them in a virtual market
- Observe the trading floor and in-house trading systems
- Connect with recent graduates
- Receive mentorship and support from trainers and senior traders
