About the Role
You will own a scoped full-stack project from design through deployment. You will build React and TypeScript features, develop Python APIs and services, design data models, process data from multiple sources, use engineering best practices, collaborate with product partners, and present your results.
Requirements
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline with graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028
- Ability to work onsite in New York Monday through Friday for Summer 2027
- Programming experience in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience building an end-to-end web application
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
- Understanding of relational databases and REST APIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Own a scoped full-stack project from design through deployment
- Build user-facing features in React and TypeScript
- Develop backend APIs and services in Python
- Design data models and schemas
- Parse, associate, and validate data from multiple sources
- Use version control, code review, testing, and structured debugging
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and Forward Deployment Engineers
- Present project results and recommended next steps
