About the Role
You will own full-stack platforms for reinforcement-learning environment creation, data collection, evaluation, and training observability. You will build vendor tools, labeling workflows, APIs, dashboards, and scalable code-data pipelines. You will partner with researchers, operations, and vendor management to turn ambiguous needs into reliable products.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack software engineering skills across databases and frontend systems
- Proficiency in Python and a modern web stack such as React or TypeScript
- Experience shipping systems that solve difficult problems
- Ability to build intuitive interfaces for technical and non-technical users
- Ability to translate vague requirements into well-scoped work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Build web platforms for RL environment creation, management, validation, and quality review
- Develop vendor-facing environment-authoring tools
- Build human data-collection, labeling, quality-assurance, and feedback systems
- Build evaluation dashboards and observability interfaces
- Create backend services and APIs for environment, data-collection, and training systems
- Build scalable code-data generation pipelines
- Develop vendor and internal-user onboarding automation and documentation tooling
- Translate requirements from researchers, operations, and vendor management into products
