About the Role
You will independently prototype, architect, and ship end-to-end product features that help users build AI skills. You will set technical direction, turn research insights into product experiences, collaborate across Product, Design, and Research, shape the roadmap, and communicate your work through writing, prototypes, and presentations.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and shipping web products with full-stack expertise
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and CSS
- Back-end and data-pipeline experience with Python, API design, and analytics infrastructure
- Portfolio of innovative interaction designs and high-quality implementations
- Experience independently delivering features from prototype to production
- Experience setting technical vision and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
Responsibilities
- Ship features that help users develop AI skills
- Architect front-end and back-end prototypes for new interaction paradigms
- Define technical direction and reusable team patterns
- Influence product strategy through collaboration with Product, Design, and Research
- Shape the team strategy and roadmap
- Translate research insights into shipped product features
- Document and present work that influences organizational decisions
