You will bring model improvements into production, build and operate APIs, and help decide which features to deliver. You will turn ambiguous goals into launch plans, work across research, legal, safety, growth, design, and customers, and occasionally support technical customer calls.
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering capability with a backend focus.
- Experience building and shipping production APIs and backend systems.
- Ability to decompose vague goals, weigh trade-offs, and ship effectively.
- Proactive end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to work across research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers.
- Interest in music and AI.
Responsibilities
- Bring model improvements into production.
- Build and operate APIs behind music and sound-effect capabilities.
- Help decide which product and bespoke enterprise features to build.
- Break down ambiguous goals, choose engineering approaches, and plan launches.
- Design systems that allow improved models to be swapped in later.
- Collaborate across research, legal, safety, growth, design, and enterprise customers.
- Join technical customer calls when needed.
