About the Role

You will lead the content engine that drives acquisition and activated circles. You will set the content strategy, select and brief creators, and measure view-to-join conversion. You will improve the invite flow with the product lead, run paid acquisition tests and partnerships, and publish weekly performance scorecards. You will also own brand direction, voice, public communications, and messaging across content, ads, product touchpoints, and launch materials. This fractional, output-based engagement requires regular monthly travel to a hub and may convert to a full-time role if the model scales.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience building or running a content engine that converted an audience into signups, members, customers, or attendees
  • Experience managing creators or producing content
  • Fluency in short vertical video as a distribution medium
  • Ability to demonstrate content conversion results with metrics
  • Understanding of invite loops and content-led user growth
  • Ability to work with product teams on invite-flow screens
  • Record of shipping converting content, closing partnerships, and recruiting ambassadors
  • Ability to build trust with the target audience quickly
  • Comfort with weekly performance measurement
  • Interest in a fractional arrangement with a potential future full-time role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the content engine as the top-of-funnel acquisition channel
  • Decide what content is made, who makes it, and what it should prove
  • Select and brief creators
  • Measure view-to-join conversion and content-sourced circle activation
  • Develop a scalable circles and ambassador playbook
  • Improve the invite loop with the product lead
  • Run Meta and Instagram acquisition tests within cost limits
  • Develop and measure partnerships with schools, charities, and local groups
  • Publish weekly scorecards covering CAC, conversion, and channel performance
  • Own brand direction, voice, public communications, and messaging
  • Brief designers and agencies
  • Set targets and playbooks for the Field Operator
