About the Role

You will design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary FPGA solutions for advanced trading applications. You will create exchange-data decoders, event-triggering modules, and FPGA architectures, research solutions, communicate ideas, and collaborate with software developers, quantitative traders, researchers, and business analysts.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Physics Mathematics Machine Learning or a related science discipline
Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
Exposure to the FPGA development flow
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
Communication and collaboration skills
Development skills in SystemVerilog Verilog or VHDL
Working knowledge of C++ or Python

Responsibilities

Design develop test and deploy proprietary FPGA solutions
Create decoders for raw packet data from exchanges
Develop modules that trigger events for traded instruments
Develop FPGA architectures to expand data processing capabilities
Identify and advocate for solutions to complex problems
Conduct research to determine effective solutions
Collaborate with software developers quantitative traders researchers and business analysts
