Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis; maintain financial models, gather accurate data, prepare management presentations and business cases, assist with closing processes, and improve FP&A procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts.
• Interest in fintech, crypto, and financial services.
• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects are a plus.
• Dedicated workspace.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, learning agility, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
• Contribute to financial models and forecasting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate financial data.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Support business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Contribute to improvements in FP&A processes and procedures.
