About the Role
In this entry-level role, you will build your foundation in corporate finance by supporting the Finance team with financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical work. You will help prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages, and assist with maintaining financial models, budgets, and forecasts. You will pull and organize data from systems like NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce, conduct research to answer business questions, and participate in the monthly and quarterly close process. You will maintain KPI trackers and dashboards, support special finance projects, and use AI tools to accelerate data organization, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience; recent graduates with relevant internship experience considered
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn SaaS business model mechanics
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or financial planning tools (Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages
- Assist with maintaining and updating financial models, budgets, and forecasts within standard templates and processes
- Pull and organize data from financial systems such as NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce
- Conduct research and build basic analyses to answer defined business questions
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial close process
- Maintain and update key financial schedules, KPI trackers, and dashboards
- Support special finance projects and ad hoc analyses
- Use AI tools to accelerate data organization, report preparation, and analytical documentation
