- Experience with foundry design kits, SPICE, DR or DRC evaluation, and SPICE-to-silicon assessment
- Experience with advanced-node device physics, backside power, and product design phases
- Experience with product KPIs, DTCO, and parametric, DLY or PLY analysis and gap closure
- Understanding of low-power design techniques
- Understanding of layout effects and their impact on circuit design
Responsibilities
- Review silicon data against SPICE and design goals and compile gap analyses
- Drive foundry process improvements through corrective improvement plans
- Identify device parameter changes for efficient low-voltage operation
- Collaborate with circuit designers on device improvements for performance and energy efficiency
- Manage foundry PDK, design kit, and design-library collateral
- Guide design teams on technology usage for performance, power, area, and cost requirements
- Collaborate on product bring-up and productization
