About the Role
You will source candidates across open roles, conduct technical screens, and assess code and candidate signals. You will create outreach, rubrics, scorecards, calibration, and hiring-review processes; manage pipeline metrics; partner on target profiles and sourcing plans; and automate outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting with Composio.
Requirements
- Technical recruiting expertise
- Ability to read code and evaluate take-home work or GitHub profiles
- Experience building a recruiting process from scratch
- Ability to structure ambiguous hiring needs
- Experience using LLMs in daily work
- Ability to write small scripts or agents
- Ability to write outreach, rubrics, documentation, and hiring notes
Responsibilities
- Source candidates for every open role across relevant channels
- Conduct technical screens and evaluate code
- Build recruiting processes, outreach, rubrics, calibration, scorecards, and hiring reviews
- Manage pipeline metrics including conversion, source quality, time to offer, and offer acceptance
- Create target profiles, sourcing plans, and trusted screens with engineering and GTM leads
- Automate outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting with Composio
