About the Role
You will discover high-value customer problems, shape product hypotheses, and design and ship new production product surfaces. You will partner with executives and technical stakeholders, test solutions quickly, and work with engineering and product partners to scale successful products.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with a track record of shipping production software
- Experience building production software from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Experience shipping AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
- Strong full-stack programming skills and understanding of enterprise systems
- Business acumen to diagnose customer problems and develop product hypotheses
- Ability to build trust and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to assess feasibility, scope, and delivery timelines
- Willingness to travel 25–50%

- Discover and build new product surfaces from zero to one
- Identify unsolved business problems and form product hypotheses
- Validate opportunities directly with customer stakeholders
- Design and ship production products
- Explain technical solutions, value, and risks to executive stakeholders
- Scale successful solutions with the core R&D organization
- Inform platform capabilities through field insights
