About the Role
You will identify high-value customer problems, form and test product hypotheses, and build new production product surfaces from scratch. You will work directly with executives, communicate technical tradeoffs clearly, scale successful solutions with core R&D partners, and use field insights to shape future platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with a track record of shipping production software
- Experience building production software from scratch in ambiguous environments
- Experience shipping AI-powered solutions including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
- Strong full-stack programming skills and enterprise systems knowledge
- Business acumen and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to assess buildability, scope, and delivery timelines
- Willingness to travel 25–50%

- Discover and build new product surfaces from scratch
- Lead opportunity discovery and validate product hypotheses with customers
- Serve as a technical partner to customer executives
