About the Role

You will build the analytics function from the ground up and own how core company metrics are defined, sourced, and interpreted. You will connect onchain, product, financial, and operational data; turn customer behavior into insights; build self-service analytics; partner with engineering; and deliver product analytics across key surfaces.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
  • Strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and subqueries.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards and metrics frameworks using Metabase, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate business context into clean data models.
  • Experience with high-volume event data and processing tools such as Spark, Databricks, or ClickHouse.
  • Ability to present findings and make data-driven recommendations to executives.
  • Working knowledge of data orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
  • Proficiency with a product analytics platform such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or Heap.
  • Experience with blockchain data, onchain indexing, subgraphs, multi-chain analytics, or DeFi protocols.
  • Background in fintech, payments, or financial services.
