About the Role

Build full-stack data products and models that transform and expose data to stakeholders and production systems. Develop experimental design and testing practices, improve scalable data processes and tools, collaborate on product roadmaps and success metrics, and turn raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist
  • Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write efficient SQL queries
  • Familiarity with BI tools and experience distributing insights through reports and dashboards
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment using iterative technical solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build models that consume, transform, and expose data to stakeholders and production systems
  • Drive experimental design, testing agendas, and best practices
  • Influence data processes, tools, and systems to enable scalable decision-making
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and design teams on product roadmaps and success measurement
  • Partner with data engineering and business teams to transform raw data into actionable insights and action
