About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO as a hands on Founder's Associate, supporting cross functional initiatives across operations, product, fundraising, marketing and strategy. You will help optimize the CEO's time, prepare investor updates, coordinate board materials, and drive projects that accelerate growth and improve internal processes. You will be exposed to finance, product, and admin topics and will help shape the company as it scales.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in VC or fintech startup
- Hands on and have a get things done attitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and can act as the bridge between different departments
- Hands on proactive and comfortable switching between finance product and admin topics
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills to keep investor outreach and other high priority activities on track
- Like to take initiative and find new creative solutions to problems with expertise in balancing and articulating trade offs
- Humble open to challenge and like to help others grow with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally
- Always looking to learn and are excited about talking to users partners and everything around the company
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Bonus Points: You are passionate about Bitcoin and personal finance
- Bonus Points: You have previously worked in the FinTech sector
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic partner to the CEO to drive cross functional initiatives and ensure organizational alignment.
- Prepare and manage recurring investor and board reports (financial metrics KPIs product updates and hiring progress).
- Maintain and update the investor CRM and ensure timely communication and follow ups.
- Support preparation and coordination of board meetings investor updates and leadership offsites.
- Lead or support cross departmental projects that enhance growth operations or internal processes.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations on performance tracking budgeting and headcount reporting.
- Build and optimize internal systems for OKR tracking and operational visibility.
- Provide data driven insights to support decision making and strategic planning.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to help execute growth and user engagement initiatives.
- Manage project timelines documentation and follow ups for strategic and operational priorities.
