It works with scaling startups and technology companies to build their ecosystems through events and founder discovery, and operates a London hub for coworking, networking, events, and developer resources.

About the Role
During the 6 month graduate scheme you will contribute to a variety of departments including Operations, Programme Management, Marketing and Business Development. You will take on real responsibilities, learn on the job, and rotate through departments to develop a broad skill set. You will work with colleagues across the startup and gain practical experience.
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming graduate with potential start date
- High academic performance (2:1 or higher from a leading university)
- Evidence of atypical achievement beyond undergraduate degree
- Strong social and people skills with teamwork or leadership experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Based in London
- Interest in Web3 or Emerging Tech is encouraged
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a variety of departments across Operations Programme Management Marketing and Business Development during the 6 month programme.
- Take on meaningful responsibility and participate in on the job learning and department rotations.
- Collaborate with team members to support project delivery and operational execution.
