About the Role
Design tailored technical solutions for strategic customers and own complex projects from architecture and product-feature brainstorming through full-scale integrations. Work closely with customer engineers and executives, use coding skills to solve technical problems, and help customers use the technology effectively.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong software development knowledge.
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and pursue optimal solutions using logic.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end execution for major strategic-partner projects.
- Collaborate with customer engineers and executives to support effective use of ElevenLabs technologies.
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems.
- Design technical architectures, product features, and full-scale integrations.
