About the Role
You will work directly with large customers to understand their challenges, scope product needs, and deliver software solutions end to end. You will build autonomous agents, collaborate with go-to-market partners, and influence engineering roadmap decisions within a core product area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred
- Experience building with and for agents
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Customer-facing experience or comfort
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for large customers
- Understand user pain points and scope product specifications
- Build agents that autonomously implement solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management
- Drive product engineering roadmap priorities
- Develop domain expertise within a core product area
