About the Role
You will support on-premises deployments through Helm charts, upgrades, release trains, and rollback paths. You will help standardize customer chart deployments, improve onboarding, debug infrastructure issues, and contribute to CVE triage, patching, and root-cause analyses.
Requirements
- Experience building in homelab, VPC, or self-hosted environments
- Interest in Kubernetes and Helm
- Experience building with language models
- Knowledge of agents and MCP
- Linux proficiency
- Root-cause analysis writing skills
Responsibilities
- Support the on-premises lifecycle, including Helm charts, upgrades, release trains, and rollback paths
- Help converge customer forks onto a supported chart with guardrails
- Contribute to customer onboarding
- Debug Temporal workflows, Kubernetes initialization ordering, storage, and authentication-refresh pipelines
- Support CVE triage, patching, and root-cause analyses
