About the Role
You will lead technical delivery for partner engagements by integrating the platform into customer environments. You will build APIs, pipelines, tooling, and evaluation workflows; run pilots; work directly in customer codebases; translate research into reliable production solutions; and turn field learnings into reusable tools and playbooks.
Requirements
- Production software engineering experience with Python
- Experience with PyTorch and JAX
- Ability to work across research and engineering boundaries
- Experience with large language models, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or agent development
- Familiarity with interpretability, mechanistic interpretability, or model internals
- Experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade platform integrations in customer environments
- Design and execute short-timeline customer pilots
- Serve as the day-to-day technical contact for partner engineering teams
- Develop shared tooling and playbooks from engagement learnings
- Translate interpretability research into production-ready solutions
