About the Role
You will introduce and commission robotic solutions at customer sites, analyze system performance, diagnose incidents, and improve reliability. You will develop integrations, tooling, documentation, and observability while serving as a technical point of contact during pilots and production deployments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Hands-on experience across robotic hardware and software systems
- Ability to instrument, query, and visualize telemetry
- Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, Foxglove, or ArgoCD
- Analytical and debugging skills with logs and telemetry data
- Clear technical and customer-facing communication
- 2+ years in SaaS, DevOps, Site Reliability, or Application Support for customer-facing production systems
- Willingness to work on-site, on-call rotations, and extended hours for high-severity incidents
Responsibilities
- Drive system performance improvements from field operations experience
- Diagnose and resolve incidents using logs, telemetry, data, and container metrics
- Tune monitoring alerts, dashboards, and anomaly detection
- Embed at customer sites during go-lives, upgrades, and issue investigations
- Write SOPs, runbooks, self-service articles, and diagnostic scripts
- Partner on feature hardening, performance tuning, and reliability improvements
- Execute NPI software commissioning, testing, and calibration at customer sites
- Develop integrations, robotic skills, tooling, and documentation
- Deliver actionable bug reports and reproducible cases
