About the Role
You will work directly with customers to turn their institutional knowledge and operational workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will translate customer needs into deployment plans and integrations, help validate use cases, troubleshoot issues, support calls and demos, and share product feedback with technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments
- Experience using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement
- Domain knowledge of military acquisition
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience working with government or defense-sector clients
- Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, and NIST 800-171
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy tailored solutions that translate customer knowledge and requirements into scalable workflows and integrations
- Partner with product and engineering teams to test features, identify use cases, and propose product capabilities
- Support customer calls and demos, educate users, validate use cases, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to improve the product and customer outcomes
