About the Role
You will integrate products into customer systems, build scalable Python-based solutions, and troubleshoot implementation issues. You will translate customer needs into solution designs, architect agent teams, lead technical workshops, deploy and optimize multi-agent systems, and monitor their reliability and business value.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Knowledge of AI and machine-learning concepts, agent frameworks, and LLMs
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing
Responsibilities
- Lead technical integrations, including APIs, data pipelines, and custom workflows
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with engineering teams on resolutions
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
- Translate customer needs into technical specifications and solution designs
- Design and architect agent teams and workflows
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions
- Collaborate with Customer Success Engineers and Support Engineers
- Deploy, configure, and optimize multi-agent systems in production
- Develop custom agents, tools, and processes using Python and open-source libraries
- Monitor deployed solutions and iterate on agent roles and workflows
- Provide customer feedback, resolve technical issues, and support pre-sales activities
