About the Role
You will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, design practical AI-powered workflows, and deliver them from discovery through launch and post-production support. You will build reliable solutions, monitor production quality, communicate tradeoffs, and turn successful implementations into reusable patterns.

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with customer engineers and define success metrics
- Design and build Cursor-powered workflows
- Ship initial workflow versions and harden them through rollout, monitoring, and iteration
- Own production quality, including tracing, evaluation, metrics, debugging, and failure-mode management
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and results to engineering leaders
- Turn delivered solutions into reusable patterns and product improvements
