About the Role

Work directly with enterprise customers to deploy ElevenLabs AI creative tools into production workflows. Understand creative pipelines, build and demonstrate workflows, create reference content and prototypes, design reusable templates, train customer teams, produce case studies, and bring customer insights to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in creative production, creative technology, or creative direction.
• Portfolio of shipped creative work demonstrating taste, technical skill, and storytelling.
• Hands-on fluency with AI creative tools and generative AI for image, video, audio, or text production.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or large brand teams.
• Strong understanding of creative production pipelines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into creative opportunities.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to understand creative production pipelines and identify opportunities for ElevenLabs tools.
• Build and demonstrate AI-powered voice, music, image, video, and dubbing workflows tailored to customer use cases.
• Create reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products.
• Consult with customer creative and production leads on practical AI adoption.
• Design reusable workflow templates, guides, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
• Produce case studies and success stories documenting customer outcomes.
• Educate and train customer teams through workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Represent ElevenLabs as a creative evangelist through events, customer conversations, and published work.
