About the Role
You will support customers by phone, answer account-balance questions, process withdrawals and transfers, identify resources, and place trades. You will complete sponsored FINRA licensing exams, develop financial planning skills, and transition to serving customers at an Investor Center.
Requirements
- Customer service experience by phone or in person
- Ability to work face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 exams
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience

- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Support customers over the phone
- Answer questions about account balances
- Process withdrawals and transfers
