About the Role

You nurture the financial partner ecosystem by developing and managing relationships with banking partners, payment providers, and other financial institutions. You will enable the product roadmap by expanding key financial partner relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years proven experience in fintech or crypto partnerships
  • Deep experience collaborating with industry partners, with an established network in your geography.
  • Skilled in structuring and finalising commercial deals necessary to expand acceptance and launch new products.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments by proactively managing complex internal and external stakeholder requirements and dependencies.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator capable of fostering alignment across technical, business, and executive teams.
  • Successfully managed and coordinated complex projects involving multiple teams and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and select partners that enable the product roadmap.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic financial partners.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Lead negotiation of new contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Educate partners on new products and features, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform partnership strategy.
