About the Role

You will help safeguard financial systems by preventing money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. You will work a flexible shift schedule, verify customer and business identities, monitor transactions, handle requests from partner banks, and report suspicious activity to the Chief Compliance Officer. You will follow internal procedures and meet performance metrics for processing time and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AML or financial crime prevention.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of global AML and CTF practices.
  • Proficiency in KYC.
  • Experience with transaction monitoring and enhanced due diligence processes.
  • Understanding of financial services and their regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in KYB processes.
  • Experience in FinTech or startup environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Verify customer and business identities through KYC and KYB processes.
  • Monitor transactions.
  • Handle requests from partner banks.
  • Report Suspicious Activity Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Follow internal procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics for processing time and accuracy.
