About the Role

You will manage sales expense accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount reporting. You will reconcile budgets against actuals, identify spending trends, improve reporting processes, and use Anaplan and Excel models to provide financial insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience focused on expenses and headcount
  • Accounting foundation with experience managing accruals and expense recognition
  • Experience with budget-versus-actual reconciliation, financial reporting, and forecasting
  • Experience using Anaplan for financial reporting and planning
  • Expert Excel skills and ability to build financial models
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales expense accrual process and ensure costs are captured accurately
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting for global sales teams and initiatives
  • Reconcile budgets against actuals and provide insights into spending trends
  • Improve reporting consistency and simplify sales performance and operational-spend tracking
  • Use Anaplan for reporting, tracking, and analysis of sales headcount and financials
