About the Role
Own key parts of the monthly close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting support. Help build audit-ready processes and contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Hands-on full-cycle close experience
- Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment preferred
- Experience building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, active or in progress
- Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
- Experience with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation preferred
Responsibilities
- Own key components of the monthly close
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Perform flux analysis and variance commentary
- Manage intercompany transactions
- Support financial reporting
- Build audit-ready processes
- Contribute to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes
