About the Role

You will join the Finance team as a detail-oriented and proactive intern who supports the verification and organization of financial documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. You will use strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage large volumes of documents using basic reporting tools. You will work independently, maintain data accuracy, and adapt to evolving project needs as you help keep operations compliant and well-organized.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
  • Confident computer skills and experience with Boxnet or other cloud-based document management systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox, OneDrive).
  • Basic knowledge of financial document handling and regulatory compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to create clear, structured reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluent English proficiency; able to read and interpret internal policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team with basic financial reporting tasks
  • Collect and update data in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Check data for accuracy and completeness following instructions
  • Assist with document organization and archiving
  • Help prepare simple reports and summaries for the team
  • Support monthly routines and reconciliations under supervision
  • Follow established processes and guidelines
  • Participate in process improvement tasks as assigned
