About the Role

Support FP&A, business partnering, reporting, compliance, treasury, tax coordination, cost analysis, management reporting, and audit activities across business units.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Audit
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Accounting/FP&A certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, or progress toward certification, is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

  • Assist the business team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance explanations
  • Monitor working capital cycles and treasury requirements across business units
  • Review contracts, adjust budget deductions, and verify payments
  • Partner with business unit heads to build commercially sound cases for new project development
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including transferring CIP to Fixed Assets
  • Perform fixed asset counting and maintain accrual schedules
  • Assist in cash flow budgeting by collaborating with the operations team
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage credit lines, loans, deposits, and settlement services
  • Ensure timely forwarding of relevant documents to the Group Tax team
  • Communicate with the Tax Office to clarify matters or resolve issues on behalf of the Group Tax team
  • Conduct monthly operational cost analysis and electricity price monitoring
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Stay updated on tax-related news and share relevant developments with the Group Tax team
