About the Role
Support FP&A, business partnering, reporting, compliance, treasury, tax coordination, cost analysis, management reporting, and audit activities across business units.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Audit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Accounting/FP&A certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA, or progress toward certification, is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modelling
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
Responsibilities
- Assist the business team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts and provide variance explanations
- Monitor working capital cycles and treasury requirements across business units
- Review contracts, adjust budget deductions, and verify payments
- Partner with business unit heads to build commercially sound cases for new project development
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including transferring CIP to Fixed Assets
- Perform fixed asset counting and maintain accrual schedules
- Assist in cash flow budgeting by collaborating with the operations team
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage credit lines, loans, deposits, and settlement services
- Ensure timely forwarding of relevant documents to the Group Tax team
- Communicate with the Tax Office to clarify matters or resolve issues on behalf of the Group Tax team
- Conduct monthly operational cost analysis and electricity price monitoring
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Stay updated on tax-related news and share relevant developments with the Group Tax team
