About the Role
Handle daily accounting, securities and crypto asset accounting, audit and tax advisor coordination, process improvements, financial reporting, and IPO readiness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of accounting or finance experience
- Securities management experience preferred
- Audit response experience preferred
- Cryptocurrency accounting knowledge or experience welcome
- Startup back-office experience welcome
- Solo back-office function launch experience welcome
- Management experience is a plus
- Business-level English preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform journal entries and daily bookkeeping
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Account for securities and crypto assets
- Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
- Drive operational efficiency through tooling and process improvement
- Support IPO readiness and related financial controls
