About the Role

You will own day-to-day finance and accounting operations. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash planning, financial close, AP and AR, vendor payments, reporting, finance tools, controls, and workflows. You will also prepare board and investor materials and improve financial visibility across functions.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of finance, accounting, or finance operations experience
• Experience working with founders and leadership teams
• Experience owning accounting operations and FP&A responsibilities
• Knowledge of finance and accounting systems
• Experience implementing finance systems and processes
• Organizational, analytical, and operational skills
• Ability to work in an ambiguous startup environment
• Availability for five days per week of in-office collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash burn tracking, runway planning, and scenario modeling
• Coordinate external accounting, payroll, tax, and audit partners
• Support monthly close, AP and AR, vendor payments, expense management, and financial reporting
• Build finance processes, controls, and reporting systems
• Implement and manage finance tools and workflows
• Prepare leadership, board, investor, and fundraising reporting
• Improve financial visibility and decision-making
• Establish scalable finance infrastructure
